The Arielle Heart Urns are crafted of solid brass with a secure plate closure on the back. Measuring 2.3" x 4.5" x 4.5", these urns are larger than the Classic Paw Print Urn Hearts and the Odyssey Heart Urns. The Arielle Heart Urns are recommended for pets who weigh up to 20lbs. We include a stand with each heart as shown in the photos.

*Raku is the ancient art of firing a finish in open flames. This results in a finish that is rich in rustic copper tones, blues, and greens which blend and swirl together, sometimes creating purple tones. No two Raku urns will ever be exactly the same. Likewise, we can NOT GUARANTEE what colors will be dominant on your urn. They are truly unique works of art. (Note that engraved urns can not be returned even if you decide you don't like the raku colors)

We are listening!! If you would like to see a proof of your engraving before it is completed, write "PROOF" in the box and leave us your cell phone number or email address and we will send you a picture proof to approve. **Some proofs come at an additional cost of $30.00. We will contact you if this is the case before we proceed. Regardless, if we have questions, we will contact you before engraving your item. We are here to help and we want to get it right!

GUIDE TO ENGRAVING OPTIONS

Your pet was one of a kind, and with the help of our engraving team, your urn can be too.

1. These hearts can hold 3 lines with 21 characters per line. Remember, the heart is smaller at the bottom so in order to do a lot of text on the third line, the text must be very small.

2. The Raku and State Classic Arielle Hearts come with paw prints in the upper left corner. No other artwork is available to be added. Likewise, these paw prints can not be removed. They are standard.

3. Our engravers are now charging $30.00 for custom proofs. We will always send a proof to you for free when we can. If your order requires a custom proof, we will contact you before we make that request to get your approval of the added charge. This is beyond our control and we are sorry.
